I'm currently a masters student at #CMU studying #AI/#ML.
I play #videogames, love #music, am a #scifi nerd. I'm also a hobby collector, currently learning #gamedev and #webdesign, in the past I've dabbled in #musicproduction, #photography, #chess, etc.
Also, hate to mention it but I recently lost a full-time job offer due to the wave of tech #layoffs :( so if anyone's connected to companies hiring for new grad ML or software engineers, please reach out!
@melsaywhat I personally do find that meaningful conversation is really rare in my life. I've always considered myself pretty bad at holding conversations, so not sure if it's me, the people I interact with, or a societal trend in general.
My stance is that I love a good conversation but hate smalltalk, and not really sure if one is necessary for the other 🤷♂️
