@dianemagras Exact same! I’m loving the sunshine & taking longer hikes than we’d be able to do if the weather were normal, but also so worried abt what this means for the water table

In the meantime here’s one for the #bookpeople of #bookstadon: After forever and a day on hold for The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller, I’m just over 2/3 of the way done with it & I love it. She’s so talented. I honestly prefer her take to the original Iliad.
What other re-interpretations of myths & ballads did you love #reading?

I am trying to be patient, I know it’s failwhale days & there’s been a HUGE influx of users, etc etc. I wanna post pictures of our hike this weekend, but the images won’t load? Frustrating.

Anyway, we went on a #hike bc it was 75 & sunny which is not normal for November where we live. The kids climbed a tree.
