Strain into a saucepan through whatever kind of sieve you’ve got and warm through. Adjust seasoning with more ground cinnamon and salt as need.
Extra credit (worth it):
Serve with a handful of toasted pecans or walnuts and some banana sliced into coins both dressed in good maple syrup. Garnish with a bitter green like micro red sorrel or watercress
