@overcastfm I follow a podcast that releases two episodes a day. Overcast always marks one of them as old / already listed to and hides it from the "current" tab. How do I disable this?

Anyone who claims that those of us without children don't care about the future is telling us something important about themself.

They are telling us that they did not care about other people's children.

And they quite possibly still don't care about them, not directly. Their care for their own may well be deep and durable, while their care for others' remains fundamentally contingent. They can think a future is good full stop if it's good for their children. TBH I find that deeply disturbing.

Is anyone here an #iOS "expert"? I am trying to play music (or any sound) on my Bluetooth headphones when an alarm goes off. Weirdly, this is not supported by the alarm app according to Apple support.

The closest I have gotten is to set up an automation that opens YouTube Music, however that only works while the phone is unlocked.

I released a new version of my log-structured merge tree implementation in async Rust (with support for io_uring) https://github.com/kaimast/lsm-rs

Side note: This is by far the best keyboard layout if you need to type in other (western) languages and also write code.
