I had one of my toughest days of work ever to kick off 2023. While throughout my career I've dealt with many difficult people I have never lost complete respect for someone as I did today. I've found ways to work with people and find compromise in situations where I thought we would never find common ground. Fortunately working in #safety there is always the common belief that we want everyone to go home to their loved ones safely that helps as a launching point, but even that seemed debatable.
