So Meta’s instagram said their “technology” found that my 2 day old Instagram acc with 7 pictures of nebulas that I TOOK and spent hours to learn how to edit, violated their community guidelines. The account was permanently deleted even after appeal. Meta products are a dumpster. Their “technology” is just a flawed ai model that catalogues images as “too similar” and tells you that you copied content. there is no human intervention and the ai is too flawed to correctly asses #meta #instagram

I am kinda proud of my results in just one week since starting out for the first time doing astro photography. A lot of challenges, lots of resources I have to discover and lots of people I can learn from. This is getting so exciting especially coming from a photography background. #astrophotography

The Lagoon Nebula. A week ago I bought the Seestar S50 telescope because it looked very beginner friendly and it was my first time ever attempting deep space photography so I don’t have many clues about what it takes. For editing I was watching tutorials about Siril and how to apply Webb telescope color palette so I gave it a try.
These series are my very first attempts and I have much to learn, but so far I like looking at the dark sky and discover what is out there. #astrophotography #deepsky
