I should lobby my employer for a dedicated “Windows 11 User Scream Room” because right now I need a padded screaming room.

I enter a UNC path in the File Explorer address bar or the Run dialog and… nothing.
So now I’m restarting my PC, and it’s stuck spinning at the Restarting black screen for minutes on end.

I just want to work. My user experience would be far better if this software worked, not if it gets Mica material or the WinUI 3 treatment.
