@CodenameTim Well it's my first roast of the year, so I am by no means in-practice. My process today was "that bag is already a half pound, so I don't even need to weigh out the beans".
More seriously, I've gotten into the habit of ordering sampler packs from Happy Mug (which come labeled with some roasting suggestions), keeping notes on how I like the end result, and buying larger quantities of the ones I enjoy.

Watching a video about t-shirt production, and they sure emphasize their "proprietary" dye and material blend. This is always funny to me. No actual value statement, just vaguely "proprietary" as a marketing term. Of course it's proprietary, that's half of what your vendor is selling.
Sure, there's conference-driven development, but do you also practice conference-procrastination-driven home repair?
