@CodenameTim Well it's my first roast of the year, so I am by no means in-practice. My process today was "that bag is already a half pound, so I don't even need to weigh out the beans".
More seriously, I've gotten into the habit of ordering sampler packs from Happy Mug (which come labeled with some roasting suggestions), keeping notes on how I like the end result, and buying larger quantities of the ones I enjoy.
@jonafato I'll have to check that site out, thank you. I like the multi pound bags so I can more easily roast 0.75 pounds at a time.
