Noah Gibbs has passed away.

Noah was:

* A member of the YJIT team.
* The author of "Rebuilding Rails"
* The creator of the Rails Ruby Bench.

Noah's passing was sudden and very fast. He did not suffer. He is survived by his wife and children.

So much of my job is this over and over again on a loop:

"So what do you think we should do in order to responsibly build the Torment Nexus?"

"You can't. It's a Torment Nexus. Stop it."

"But the Torment Nexus is inevitable!"

"It's not. You could just not do it. You could stop right now."

Do you know an app that disabled Puma's request queuing i.e. `queue_requests false` ? If so, do you know why they disabled it?

I'm wondering if we could remove that configuration/codepath. I know people use it, but usually because of some secondary effect it has on the system. So i'm looking for (all) reasons people disable it to better understand.
