AB 3048 would require Google to offer a setting in Chrome to support the Global Privacy Control signal. Google’s opposition to the most minor of privacy rules is telling and unfortunate. This should get more attention.

Feeling the widespread introduction of spatial computing raises privacy and content moderation questions that I cannot really grasp. Sometimes feels like people are so skeptical of the #metaverse that they dismiss what new spatial data means for how we interact with technology. I know plenty of privacy people who don’t even think this raises privacy issues!
