We often think heroes are people with clear minds who breeze through obstacles and always know their mission. In "The Fifth Mountain," Paulo Coelho shows that heroes are just like us—flawed and confused. Coelho takes the biblical prophet Elijah and imagines events between two key moments in his life.

We love to go out on a Sunday afternoon. We usually go little early (say abt 12.30 pm) to a quiet restaurant. All of us read couple of pages before the food comes. Then we eat chatting what we read (sometimes other things too).

Today we came to Café De Piccolo at Madhya Marg.

We like the ambiance, light music, and of course food. Jerry likes to even lie down on the couch and read. This cafe is a fine place for this.

Jerry’s homemade vanilla ice cream. He is getter better at making these deserts.

Every Sunday evening we sit down as a family and conduct a retro of the week gone by.

Letting kids plan their week and reviewing helps them build agency in them. That’s the best gift you can give them as a present.

Jerry makes a delicious fried ice cream

Few months back we tasted fried ice cream in Sathya Resorts, Tuticorin. We loved it. When we came back to Chandigarh, we were looking everywhere for it. But couldn’t find it.

Jerry put on his chef hat, researched its recipe, got all items, and tried making this.

It came out well, considering this is his first time making this. He is going to try making it through this summer.
