A.k.a JdR2V

Multimedia producer/designer and aspiring Game/Level Designer.

Trying my best to break into the video game industry, I've been working on small personal projects and game jams for over a year now.

The only sad thing is that the amount of content I made and couldn't put in the game will probably never see the light of day.

It's some of the most pretty pixel art I've done in a long time 😟

Well, I actually can't believe I did it. I actually finished my first Ludum Dare. And let me tell you, what an experience that was. After missing half a day to technical issues and only sleeping for 4 hours the last two days..........I didnt finish the game, but I uploaded anyways. Sure, its a game, but oh boy is missing stuff.

Anyway, I still enjoyed the jam a lot and hopefully I'll have more than just half a day of prep for a next one 😀 #LDJam52 #ldjam

Quick question!

What do you like to work with the most while doing personal projects or working on #gamedev?

I definetely need to upgrade my PC, but not sure if I should go with a laptop or just upgrade some of the stuff I have.

Quick question for anyone that's a #Leveldesigner

What would you suggest is the best way for a person that doesn't have a lot or any professional experience to get a job as a Level Designer?

Like, I've hear people saying things like "You should apply for any job even if you don't check all the boxes for the requirements", but I'm like, is that really how things work? 😮
