Here is the center of the Milky Way! It's almost impossible to see in visible light through the dust, so this is an image in radio waves, made by the MeerKAT array of 64 radio dishes in South Africa. It was made by Ian Heywood with color processing by Juan Carlos Munoz-Mateos:

So instead of spending $100+ on new pickups (which will probably have questionable benefit at my current ability level), I took some components I already had and soldered on a “treble bleed” circuit, and hooked the bridge pickup to the second tone knob. $0.50 in parts and feels like a new guitar 🎸
