@umap umap.openstreetmap.fr is down, and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Platform_Status says it's up. Something strange is happening. Edit: works now.

The tag building=ruins is frequently used to mark abandoned, ruined buildings. However, according to the meaning of building=*, this tag should be used for a building constructed as ruins (for example sham or scenic ruins in an English landscape garden)...
@BUnicycling the multipolygon should have the building tags, not the outer way. But the problem is, this isn't a building, this is a ruin. If you want to map it as it once was, I suggest openhistoricalmap. There you can have the whole context of that point in time on the map.

But you first need the boundary data with the correct license (being Sweden, you probably have it) and you need to have it in the .osm format. I did that with ogr2osm together with a script, described here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Croatia/Import_administrative_borders
But consult with the Swedish community first.
@ilumium @CoMaps @organicmaps the problem is, if Osmand or Comaps gave you a open standard geo: link when sharing a location, the vast majority of people that got that link wouldn't be able to do anything with it. GMaps and Apple maps chose to not support it.

I'm guessing we need to tag our signs traffic_sign=HR:A01, and when I look at taginfo, there are already signs tagged like that.
