@ItsJustCty wow, that's shocking! I'm not too sure this complication of covid is fully recognised here but I presented with signs and symptoms of a potential pulmonary embolism. Great GP and great ED doc, so I have been lucky I feel x
#LongCovid peeps, a question .... for those who have been treated with anticoagulant therapy for #clots, how long were you kept on medication?? Second Covid infection 6 weeks back and raised D-dimer yesterday 😱 Thank goodness for a GP who was insistent I got checked out a hospital, despite me trying to convince myself (and him) otherwise 😬
@nisreen I went back into frontline nursing earlier this year for revalidation after a 25+ year break from acute care. Those 12hr shifts were exhausting, it was relentless, every shift ending as busy as it started. Frontline nurses deserve everything they are asking for!!
