Well, we've still got a lot of work to do but at least this is still a big step, a Redspot client update was just released which deals heavily in improving the game's administration situation, it links the game to the Sam Tupy Productions account system. This now handles bans, warnings that record their acknowledgement, disabling specific game features if needed, name allocations and more. This also comes with a rules update. We now have the basic protection of email verification required to play. The update can be downloaded at https://samtupy.com/games/redspot.zip
Hi everyone, I have something slightly different to share, it's part of a project I've been working on during my downtime, because I guess this is rest for me or something haha. I've created a reaper project (can easily be made into just an effects chain) which first upmixes stereo audio into 7.1.4 surround sound before then downmixing it back to stereo, but doing so in such a way were all 12 of the surround sound speakers are positioned using HRTF! In other words, it causes standard stereo music to sound like it's playing all around you in 3d, quite a fun listening experience! a lot of time, pacients, multiple pairs of headphones, hundreds of tracks tested and uncountable minor parameter adjustments went into making sure that there are as few hrtf or other artifacts in the output audio as I could achieve given my experience level and ears. I used a much younger and more simple version of this effects chain for the New years Any Audio streams, and an older but similar concept in my Starwar audio production. This chain combined with a virtual audio cable or app2clap allows you to binauralize audio from any windows application, it was pretty fun listening to a 3d internet radio station today! I made it for my audio productions, but discovered that it's also great for entertainment. If you're a curious audio nerd who owns a copy of Reaper and have a few extra minutes to install a couple plugins, feel free to check this out if you're interested, feedback is welcome/appreciated and I hope you enjoy! https://samtupy.com/music3d.zip

Last year I announced gamedeck, my upcoming card / dice game platform.
I have an exciting update. I recently got a new client running on mobile, so I can officially tell you all that development resumes and we have mobile versions of the client in production! I've been able to play a couple of games on my iPhone without many issues. You can read more about this game at https://ims-productions.com/gamedeck

Hi all, it's time for more progress from my new years anyaudio stream todo list! On that stream, I showed a game called Crazyfield, which is my Ah Damn It game renamed, rewritten in NVGT (bringing us things such as HRTF audio and Windows/Mac/Android/Linux versions of the game), and slightly modernized with a few features that have their roots in Constant Motion such as speech configuration, menu wrapping control, and even a hookup to the Sam Tupy Productions account system which is needed to post to the scoreboard. If you have not heard of Ah Damn It, this was a fan project that is based on Crazy Party and combines several of the entities found throughout the game into one chaotic field where they all interact with each other and where your goal is to survive as long as you can. I decided to rename Ah Damn It to Crazyfield just for a bit of professionalism (to remove bad language from my public facing games page and to insure that an entirely non-explicit game does not have an explicit name). The game is completely free to play on all supported platforms, and you can learn more at https://samtupy.com/games/crazyfield/

Also, I wanted to provide a small status update on Redspot since from the public facing prospective, there has been little development on the game lately. I just want to assure everyone that though sometimes the work may slow, there is indeed active development taking place within the redspot codebase, we are aware of the various issues people are facing on Killing ground from bordum to extremely overpowered players to no bases to somewhat lacking moderation and more. The biggest task we are involved in at the moment is linking Redspot to the Sam Tupy Productions account system thus giving moderators the power they need to properly do their jobs / insuring that the game is behind email verification etc, while also not only working on other administration facilities and of course making specific plans for how we intend to restore the rest of the game, such as battlefield, of course. Some of this involves extreme modernization of other parts of the 2018 Redspot codebase, very overdue user interface changes and more. I will again remind of the extreme beta status of the project and point to the warning that shows when launching the game that indicates that you should be ready to put the current version of the game down for the present if it should become too broken for you to enjoy it in the short term, but also assure everybody that indeed work on the project does continue, while apologizing that it can be slow sometimes due to the fact that this is one of many projects being worked on at this time. I and all the other developers of the project look forward to showing you what we have in store at some point in the hopefully not too distant future!
TT manager now has the ability to export user accounts as .tt files or as a direct TT URL an admin can simply send over to a user to connect to the server. We also just got encrypted servers working. Would you all be interested in trying out a rough public beta?
