I say this as an American who has lived in this country my entire life, has never left this country, and whose ancestors were white colonizers on my dad’s side and Jewish farmers on my mother’s:
America disgusts me. It has brought me, a trans, autistic woman, nothing but pain. I have cPTSD from what my family did to me. I have been effectively banned from my home state because of anti-trans laws. I want to leave this stolen land and never return.
The white man did not deserve this continent.

Less than 6 days to go until top surgery. I have faced transphobia in a lengthy, brutal job search and remain isolated because I am the sole caretaker of my immune-compromised partner.
I am nearing the end of my ability to take on so much. I’m still recovering from the abuse of my family, the gulag of a warehouse I had to work in, and as a person with autism AND trust issues, it’s almost impossible for me to network successfully.
