The non elected mayor of Tirana (Rama's puppet) says the attack on the municipality digital infrastructure was very sophisticated but fails to mention that they had multiple admin and root accounts with the same password and they had 6 accounts with password 25Korrik2016 (which makes me think has not been changed since 2016).
Milions of taxpayers money go to oligarch owned tech companies and proprietary licenses and what the citizens get back is zero transparency, their money stolen and their data stolen and leaked.
The incarcerated ex-mayor and the current puppet mayor should both resign because this is entirely their fault for giving funds to incompetent companies and hiring incompetent people.
