Matt BlazeGiven the president-elect's stated intention to abuse the DoJ's power of investigation and prosecution to retaliate against and intimidate political enemies, I understand why he pardoned his son, even if I also find it problematic. But he really needs to extend the same protection to the many others who are likely to find themselves unfairly in the future administration's very powerful crosshairs.

As you watch the torrent of news obsessing about the debate tonight, remember this stat: Trump's campaign is 92% done (665 of 721 days). Kamala Harris' campaign is not quite half done (48%, or 51 of 107 days). Lots can and likely will still happen in this race, but Trump is almost done and the Vice President is only halfway there.

Google is saying that they don't need to spend money on quality, because we're all locked into using Google search. It's cheaper to buy the default search box everywhere in the world than it is to make a product that is so good that even if we tried another search engine, we'd still prefer Google.
