Things you didn't expect you have to do: change references to *published standards* because they're withdrawn on a whim.

Anyway, if you want to access NIST.IR.8366.pdf, there is a copy still on @internetarchive at https://web.archive.org/web/20250203031433/https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/ir/2021/NIST.IR.8366.pdf

You're smart, you can figure it out.

The shirts look like this, by the way, except probably even sexier on you!

It'd be a shame if they didn't get sent to people, eh? Ah, well, but I still can't really *sell* them. Damn shame.

Again, no promises! I won't order more, after all, or not for a while.

If stock runs out, or you're too much of a cheapskate, the Christmas Elf will likely sulk. They're a bit like that, yeah... have to talk to them about that, but I really don't fancy the argument.

From the Interpeer Project to all you excellent folk out there, we wish you a happy new year!!

Today, we released a first SDK ( https://interpeer.io/projects/sdks/ ) - it's rather minimal right now, but it is an important step for the project.

The first part of 2024 will likely focus on rounding this out, followed by more functionality under the hood of the stack. Without such an API however, we'd be building blocks all the time with no MVP-ish thing in sight.

So that's likely our future. What's yours?

Here's a TL;DR version. It's small enough that I've turned it into a GIF.

Vessel CLI Demo (Shuffle, TL;DR version)

This is a quick version of [this demo](https://asciinema.org/a/625867), which goes through much the same steps (and a few more) with a bit of explanation. By contrast, this video here just shows wh...

Christmas is coming!

What better way to embrace the spirit of the season and stand watch as night gathers? Fighting off surveillance capitalism will not give you a crown, nor win you glory. You will be the sword in the darkness, the watcher on the walls. The shield that guards the realms of men.

You can do all of that simply by donating: https://interpeer.io/donations/

But you'll also get some cool swag! Perfect for putting under the tree!

Hey you!

Psst! Yes, you...

Did you know that you can support us *in style* now?

Thanks to @freewear , we've just opened our merch store. As is usual for them, a portion of the proceeds benefit our project.

You can get this general purpose, signable, multi-user drinking vessel as well as some t-shirts and stickers.

Open Source T-shirts | FreeWear.org

Open Source T-shirts. FOSS projects merchandise. We donate a portion of all sales back to each project.

What's this, then?

I didn't have access to the triangle mirror, but I tried to re-capture the pose a little.

Love the shirts! The quality is excellent :)

Also, just after making this analogy, I came across this here. And it makes me glad I used an analogy.

It's about to start, I guess.

It's been confirmed for about two weeks now, but I wanted to share the topic for our @SeaGL talk this year: "Distributed Authorization with CAProck"

This is going to be fairly similar to the talk with the same title I gave at LinuxTage earlier this year, except... not in German!

Now I know there are a lot of German speakers on the fedi, but I think an English version is still going to be appreciated. So I'm very excited about this presentation and I hope to see a lot of you!
