Why does life need to be so complicated?
Dubai Chocolate gelato from Julietta in New York. Reminds me of a Nestle Crunch bar, with more subdued crispiness. Pistachio was subtle. Had a rich chocolate flavor.
Chobani Zero Sugar yogurts are a convenient snack, but a bit too runny and bitter for my tastes. A quarter teaspoon of guar gum and a bit of sucralose is a quick fix.
After a long day, I get into bed, take off my watch, then see this. Seriously? (Begrudgingly gets out of bed).
I left this chamomile tea brewing overnight, reheating in the next morning. Apparently, chamomile is hard to overbrew. Tasted fine - may even better than a conventional brew.
These Maine lobster tails from Costco are fantastic.
I loved the ability to of the Ember Mug to keep coffee warm, but I found it hard to clean and keep charged, especially as the charging base pins are easily damaged. With a bit of preheating, the Yeti Rambler mugs do an excellent job.

This old-fashioned chocolate sheet cake is incredibly moist and can be stirred together by hand if need be. Bake now using King Arthur flour!
