I’ve recently been feeling completely emotionally exhausted. The way I manage/juggle work/life has begun to feel unsustainable. I’d love to know how people practice self-care for themselves.

Tonight's dinner: Salmon with a gochujang miso garlic glaze, brown rice and sautéed kale. Very happy with how it turned out! Binx didn’t have any but she approved of the dishes aesthetic 😛

There are ways in which visiting my parents this past week has been quite rough. They are loving and caring, but are currently in need of a lot of care themselves, and I have certainly felt the weight of it all. This little guy though always manages to lift my spirits. He’s a very, very good boy 🐶🥰
