Decided to play around with #Quarkus for my first pet-project, and well... Quarkus won this round.
Followed the official docs I was confused to set up a Testcontainer, then spent the entire evening battling conflicts between the auto-provisioned dev container and the test container. Turns out, all I needed was a single line in the test config, only because I wanted custom test data
Honestly, once you wrap your head around it, what the Quarkus team built is pretty awesome. Kudos, guys!
