@mastodonmigration not to further complicate things, but be aware that Sinclair also fully or partially owns several ‘free tv’ channels that are often carried by streaming services. Comet, Charge, TBD, The Nest, and even Tennis Channel are part of their portfolio.
@mastodonmigration the issue is when you subscribe to the live tv service you still are watching your local channels. The feeds come from your local affiliates.
The only way to truly #boycottsinclair is to boycott their advertisers in each local market.

Ged MaheuxThe #StarTrek TNG ep ‘Identity Crisis’ is one that I both love and hate. I love how Geordi uses the holdeck as a tool to uncover what’s happened to his fellow away team members. It’s one of the rare occasions where the holodeck helps instead of harms.
I positively *hate* the way Data’s friendship with Geordi is shelved for Susanna’s. Data is Geordi’s best friend and early in the ep is very concerned but then the writers just… ditch him. He’s not even in sickbay when Geordi wakes up. Grrr. 😡
