@overcastfm, would you consider this an Overcast bug? I tap on the bottom item with the intent to scroll… I scroll a bit, and expect that when I let go, nothing will happen. Instead, I'm skipped to the chapter I touched to start scrolling.

Thank you for looking at this.

@overcastfm, play next doesn't actually "play next" in a playlist - it just puts it after the podcast that's currently being played. But if a new episode of another podcast higher up is in the list… it's played next.

I realize that's a bit tricky to word correctly… but I don't know if "Play Next" is best here.

@overcastfm, old episodes are not being deleted after 24 hours as set.

Unsubscribed from Twitter Blue. Was on it mostly for the Top Articles and the Edit functionality. The backlash is real, though, and I don't care about having posts given more prevalence. I only talk about golf and computer stuff anyway.

Still not many golfers here on Mastodon, though. Or other instructors.

@gruber Siri's "remind me of this" (which I used ALL the time in Messages) hasn't worked since 16.4 or perhaps 16.4.1.

What gives! This is a great feature… that no longer works.

Have restarted the phone. Didn't change anything.

@iacas Oh, what I’m talking about is a *nerdy* critical mass. The co-authors of a WebKit blog post are a perfect example. Critical mass on the scale of, say, GitHub.
@gruber if you think Mastodon has hit critical mass, I'm not seeing it at all outside of the tech world. And, yeah, they're going to be the early adopters, but… I still think it has a long way to go.
It feels like the more Mastodon instance shutdowns we see, the more important it gets to think about how to enable migrating posts. Migrating a user's follows/followers is good, but for a user to lose their entire post history is pretty severe. And the longer you use a server, the more painful it gets to lose that history of everything you've ever written.
