I've been having a SwiftUI navigation issue for awhile that nobody else seems to ever mention which makes me wonder if I'm just doing something wrong?

What I'm seeing is, since I think 16.1, when I push a view, the title, buttons and search bar pop in like a half-second later instead of animating in together. Everything works but it looks "wrong".

You can see it in this screen recording. I did file a FB with a repro case, FB11713004. Hoping though someone has a seen this and has a workaround.
