@Alon @QasimRashid So I looked into it and I don't see anything obviously suspicious.

Also, he has posted some seemingly credible information that at least three people of Israel's list had been previously been killed elsewhere in Gaza.

I don't think there's enough independent evidence to call it either way, but I certainly wouldn't automatically take the word of IDF over his.

The Israeli army claims that Mounther/Montaser Daher was one of the alleged targets they killed in the massacre at the Tabi'een School this morning. In reality, Montaser was an ordinary citizen who, along with his sister, was killed by the Israeli army on Friday afternoon, a day

@Alon @QasimRashid According to whom?
@Alon @QasimRashid That's not how evidence works -- the IDF doesn't suddenly become truthful because you believe the person contradicting them lied, especially since they have also spread misinformation on multiple occasions.
@Leisureguy @QasimRashid Of course, but from the point of view of the Palestinians it doesn't matter who is in charge as long as bombs keep falling on them and blowing them apart. At this stage, only an arms embargo on Gaza is going to do anything, and I don't see Kamala as having the will or political clout to call for that during an election run. I hope I'm wrong, but unfortunately I don't see it happening.
@Leisureguy @QasimRashid As much as I hate to say it, with 80% of the buildings in Gaza destroyed, uncounted thousands of dead men, women, and children killed or buried under rubble, and Israel bombing schools with impunity, I don't really see any evidence that things could be much worse under Trump.
@QasimRashid Another good Ulvade analogy: If a school shooter were hiding out in a classroom, when would it ever be morally acceptable to bomb the entire school?
@Leisureguy @QasimRashid Being more sympathetic is one thing, but actually doing something about it is entirely another matter.

More than 100 people have been killed following an Israeli attack on a school in the centre of Gaza City.

The bomb struck at dawn during morning prayers in the al-Daraj neighbourhood. Local media is reporting that a fire has broken out at the school and rescue teams are working to contain it.

@FelisCatus @[email protected] @earthworm At this point, it's any excuse to keep sending arms to Israel. Iran is just the next pivot towards that end.
@[email protected] @FelisCatus @earthworm Performative gestures like this mean nothing without actual policy changes. Earlier today, her national security adviser tweeted this, which strongly suggests no meaningful change in policy from Biden. This is why protesters are right to pressure her now if they want to effect actual change:
