@QasimRashid Euro-Med is a Hamas front, not a human rights group. After the IDF rescue of the hostages in June, it tried portraying people who guarded a hostage as innocent Gazans who Israel executed because they worked as a journalist and a doctor. That Ramy Abdu is saying "I have personal acquaintance with the dead" is what confirmed to me that the IDF was telling the truth; previously, I was uncertain.
@Alon @QasimRashid That's not how evidence works -- the IDF doesn't suddenly become truthful because you believe the person contradicting them lied, especially since they have also spread misinformation on multiple occasions.
@hughc @QasimRashid It's not just "Abdu lies, therefore I believe the IDF." It's "Abdu says he is personally familiar with the dead and vouches for them, and Abdu has a track record of ties to Hamas operatives."
@Alon @QasimRashid According to whom?
@hughc @QasimRashid Look at what he said after the hostage rescue, is the most obvious example.

@Alon @QasimRashid So I looked into it and I don't see anything obviously suspicious.

Also, he has posted some seemingly credible information that at least three people of Israel's list had been previously been killed elsewhere in Gaza.

I don't think there's enough independent evidence to call it either way, but I certainly wouldn't automatically take the word of IDF over his.
