Visited France last week for the largest international hot air balloon gathering… and I still can’t quite believe how many hot air balloons there were! Pictures/videos don’t really do it justice.

The company I work for has just informed us of a data breach due to a ransomware attack at the beginning of the year. Apparently our personal information has now been found on the dark web. Includes photo copy of passport, bank account details etc.
Pretty angry tbh!
I have recently attempted to start running.
Previously, I have always hated it. However, for some reason in May I just felt like I wanted to get out in the sun and go for a jog.
I just used some old running shoes I had for my first couple, then decided to treat myself to a new pair.
This might be a stupid thing to say, but I am so surprised with what difference different running shoes make.
I bought new Asics shoes and it took a whole minute off my km average!
I’m currently using the basic #mastodon app but from my understanding there are others that work better?
Which one do you use/ which other one do you recommend?
