@3janeTA this is an Amazfit BIP U Pro. It is my reguar watch + running watch. HR, GPS, sleep tracking, SP02, etc. Integrates with Strava through its app.

It has a battery life measured in weeks - the display is normally off, you press the side button or do a quick twist of the wrist to turn it on.

This has been on my arm for 5 years and still works like new. You can pick up a BIP 6 for about $60 on sale - even if you decide to buy a Garmin or something like that, this is a great backup
