@mcurie Not anymore, no. And as much as it pains me to do so - as I know many people depend on an income from tourism, I'd advise anyone against travelling there. It's a very unstable, unpredictable and dangerous situation at the moment.

Does a higher cognitive ability generally lead to earning more money? Above a certain level, no - according to a large 10-year study of 59,000 Swedish men.

"How can you justify this enormous wage gap? You can’t. As studies such as this make clear, it’s not meritocracy that is driving the wage gap; it’s plain old greed."

It’s official: billionaires aren’t the brainboxes they like to believe

The obscene wealth of many CEOs is less a result of intelligence and more down to luck, background and personality, writes Arwa Mahdawi

Happy 97th Birthday to Sir #DavidAttenborough 🌿

A living legend who reflects the very best of humanity.

"Many individuals are doing what they can. But real success can only come if there is a change in our societies and in our economics and in our politics."

It's always a great mystery... Like when spending 5 minutes looking for a pen you were already holding in your "invisible" hand 🥴

And breathe that clean, freeezing air! I'm back in the UK for a while. From toxic smog and oppressive heat, which make living in Thailand at this time of year hard, to a cold spring in the UK.

My internal thermostat is in shock 🥶 But I'll never tire of this air or these views.

I'm now also 43 and fitter than I've ever been. I only started running on and off 1.5 years ago and have since set myself big goals, some of which I've already achieved.

With determination and dedication - in whatever we do, I believe we can all achieve amazing things.

@jens2go Love this!
My mum often sends me #sunset photos and videos from the UK. But this is a particularly special one, with the sound of robins merrily twittering away. Another reminder to look up and around more at all the beauty that surrounds us. With everything going on in the world, it's too easy to forget.
@Stephan Stunning.
