Sometimes I remember a dream I had of a moment happening now. The spinning weight of the universe is in my hands, and everything seems to have a purpose and a place. I get an itchy spot RIGHT under the shoulder blade, and it's normal again. It's stranger than if nothing was strange at all.

In response to what does it change: it does a lot more than nothing, that's for damn sure. You meet organizers and your neighbors and prep for what's coming, and make it obvious that the populace is paying attention.
