Lady parts are bad, mmkay!?

@christianselig would it have been possible to have a setting in Apollo for us to enter our own Developer API keys so that Reddit can bill us directly? I’m thinking of something like the $30 unlock @mergesort has in Short Circuit, but not sure if something like that is even technically feasible.
