@daringfireball Just because NorthFace or Patagonia want to make fleece jackets available for the military to purchase (should they have people that want to stay warm outside in cold climates) does not mean that NorthFace and Patagonia should be required to develop, support, and sell jackets that intentionally kill people.
If the Department of Defense wants killer jackets, then they should go knock on the door of those businesses that have decided that helping to kill people is good for their business and aligned with their values.
