@tallakt @gausby well the shoes with fancy plates in them are really only for races. Using them for more casual running is apparently not advisable because of how intense it can be on your muscle and bones.

@ajft I do but not nearly as much 😛 did come in useful recently keeping them all when changing to a bike with different dimensions. ☺️

If you are following the #F1 #Formula1 hashtags, the tweet repost bots can be quite a nuisance. They are largely from a couple domains and can be blocked with the 'Block domain' action in the More (ellipsis) menu. 🫡
