The other day I got captured by the spirit of Ultimate 🥏
#Ultimate or #UltimateFrisbee is a fast-paced team sport played with a flying disc.
The unique aspect of the sport is the #SpiritOfTheGame placing the responsibility of #FairPlay solely on the athletes themselves and with that reinforcing mutual respect and trust between opponents; communication and conflict resolution skills; and self confidence – both on and off the field.

Harrison Ford in #Shrinking on #AppleTV is the best thing I have seen in a while 😂👍It is in general a nice show I can recommend.
