Find an instance that suits you - it doesn't need to be one of the massive servers; a more specialist one may have a local timeline & moderation policies that suit you much better!

They really just set up an instance without thinking at all, didn’t they? Even a little experience of twitter should have been enough to give them a basic understanding of what mods do - but apparently not
