First purpose is the cruelty.
Second purpose is to transfer wealth from taxpayers to the wealthy.
This is the Republican way.
Obama deported more illegals, while obeying our laws, and reducing the deficit each year. That was not cruel and didn't increase government waste. Republicans call Obama 'woke' for that.
