Gabriele Svelto [moved]@gaycodegal @eniko when Firefox is completely stuck use `pkill -ABRT firefox`. This will cause Firefox to generate a crash report before shutting down and will prompt you to submit it. Leave a comment when submitting the report to ensure it reaches us. Once that's done Firefox will restart and you can find the link to the report in the about:crashes page. Once on the report page you can use the "Bugzilla" tab to find out if it's an issue we already know about or you can submit a new one.
