@ascentale @gcvsa @bikenite @ascentale @gcvsa @bikenite I’m a member of Ashland, Oregon’s Climate and Environment Policy Committee and attend and often provide testimony/comments to the City’s Transportation Advisory Committee, Planning Commission and City Council. I also serve as chair of a nonprofit Ashland Climate Collaborative, Streets For Everyone volunteer team. We’re making progress.

Why do we say 'slept like a baby'? Babies wake up every two hours crying.

I want to sleep like my cat. 14 hours, no responsibilities, zero regrets.

If US press wrote about the US the way they do the rest of the world
Yesterday, 1,400 protests were held to protest the Trump whose headlines fill this page. But to the #BrokenTimes this morning, they are a buried BTW. It has plenty of photos; none here. This is what they call "news judgment." To the Times, we are not news.
@petebuttigieg1 The biggest change in Ashland, Oregon’s approach to street maintenance is to make bicycle and pedestrian specific improvements coincident with pavement management projects. In this way, protected bike lanes and sidewalk in-fill improvements have occurred as a part of maintenance projects. This approach won’t lead to complete bicycle and pedestrian networks (which is essential to realize significant mode shift/VMT reduction) but at least there is some progress.
