The Ashland, Oregon City Council adopted, on February 18th, a Carbon Impact Fee on natural gas fueled appliances when installed in new residential construction. (SF)A thing that I dream of is being able to set off on a random direction with my bike that I've never been before without having to worry about safe bike infrastructure or logistics. I think if I could simply bike away in a given direction for as long as I wanted then everything would be fine
