The difference between #PlayStation, #Xbox and #Nintendo, is that I would rather spend $80 on a Nintendo game than an average PlayStation or Xbox game.
Nintendo is the company who would rather make a fun game while trying to keep their developers with jobs, and take the blame if it goes bad, rather than laying off everyone for a $30M bonus.
