If you're cross posting from here to twitter, for example, or pulling screenshots from here to share elsewhere, and you're doing that without the consent of the person who made the content originally, that's not great.
They did not consent to that.
A boost in-network is one thing. A cross-posted-to-twitter boost is something else entirely. I can't delete and redraft that, for example.

If you want to try it out, I *strongly* recommend using Silverblue: rock solid immutable base OS, containerised applications using Flatpak, and on demand, scratch containers using toolbox. It's the future.

Imagine you bought an over priced ticket for a flight, a hotel and a couple of football (soccer) matches; only to be told that you won't be allowed to drink any alcoholic beverage at the event while the game is on.
