@Popehat I’m not sure your response was inappropriate, unless it was more aggressive than detailed. There’s a horrible catch 22 in this. We all want to show kindness and understanding to those who are struggling and in pain. But to those who are isolated and unbalanced, doing so can often encourage them to latch, and the stalkery behavior can get worse.

@avram @wbm312 no offense, totally willing to believe you’re operating in good faith. But considering most of the population is stupidly convinced that “shout fire in a crowded theater” is current law, even though it was never good, or law, and is representative of shameful 1A jurisprudence, 1A attorneys might do it to troll.
