@fumblebee @AaronPound It’s a little complicated because of Leonard’s Law in California applies First Amendment requirements to private universities. But content-neutral rules against disruption are accepted time/place/manner restrictions. The First Amendment doesn’t protect pulling the fire alarm to stop a speech even if you meant it expressively.

Some Mastodon tips I've learned:

- You need a fit, young hunting party
- They are not easy to bring down, so make sure your spears have extremely sharp tips
- Ensure you have a supply line and pack animals available to transport the meat and pelt back to the cave

Btw, not asking for followers, just looking for where to find my interesting reading

Whatcha got for me?
Alright folks, if this is gonna be a new home I need new follows. I enjoyed lurking in law Twitter and natsec/news Twitter.
I’m still worried about this bit. Pretty sure an influx of Twitter community will pose a really serious challenge to a decentralized moderation system, unless I’m missing something. Looking forward to reading @mmasnick on how this works
