When I have that intrusive thought that I'm nobody, I imagine all the humans who came before me.

That enormous mass of humans who were nobody in their time, whom history has completely forgotten.

Then I realise that the very few people history hasn't forgotten were mostly very bad people.

And then I remember that it's okay to be nobody 😊
