I’m putting my basil to use. Basil parm pasta with garlic butter and black pepper. Not quite Caico e Pepe, but pretty delicious. Broccoli was lemon zest roasted with garlic. Also pretty damn legit.
I cook better with my stainless than I ever could with my cast iron.
Additionally I used my Sous Vide for my first meal. 140 for 90 min while I figure it out. Thought I’d be on the safe side. Was some of the best pork chops I’ve ever cooked.
I made prime rib and spaghetti sauce from scratch last night. I have come a long ways in my cooking abilities.
@amtwo my mom’s pumpkin pie. Uses my mammaw’s pie crust recipe. It is one of my favorite things about this time of year.
The air fryer tool on my new oven filled my house up with more smoke than I ever have cooking steak. But they came out really well.
Made new pasta. Disappointed the water didn’t boil like I thought I would with the new stove and pan. Probs just gonna have to keep the lid on.
