I’m very pleased to announce that today, #Flyleaf #ReadLater version 2.5.2 is out on the iOS and macOS #AppStore.

The most important new things:
- Select and modify multiple articles at once
- New Discover section type "Untagged articles"
- New option to share a snippet or quote of an article
- iOS: The reading view now extends up to the top and bottom edges of your device

We end the year with a final #Flyleaf update 2.5.1 for iOS and macOS. This updates adds the ability to open and read many kinds of footnotes in a popover instead of having to jump to the very end of an article and back again. This also works for code examples, where you can read the code in full width without line wrapping.

A neat little addition for power users in Flyleaf 2.5: Multi-window support. It took some re-engineering, but you can now open articles in a new window and multi-task to your heart's content.
In Flyleaf 2.5, I added a "Fix content issues" action which gives you easy access to the tools to solve a variety of issues around missing article contents. There also is a brand-new "Download via Browser" action which allows to interactively solve Captchas or sign into accounts.
The new Widgets are available in all possible shapes and sizes and display your recently read articles, and optionally your total unread article count.

I just published a small bugfix update for #Flyleaf on the #iOS and #macOS #AppStore. Among other things, it slightly clarifies the import instructions for #Pocket. It also fixes a bug where Discover view customisations were sometimes not persisted across app restarts – which was definitely not the way it's supposed to work. Thanks to everyone who let me know about these issues!

🌟 Supercharge your reading experience with the new #Flyleaf #ReadLater 2.3 update with a sleek new search interface and more ways to personalize how you read and discover articles (especially if you're a subscriber). Good news if you're switching from #Pocket: you can now import your Pocket archive.

I guess it's a good time to add a #Pocket import function to #Flyleaf, so that's what I'm doing. If everything goes right, version 2.3.0 will come out really soon.

This update will also include the most new features since 2.0, and especially it will make the optional subscription more worthwhile (but thanks if you're already subscribed anyway, it means a lot!)

Here are a few sneaky peeks at what's coming.

Today marks exactly one year since #Flyleaf went live on the #iOS and #macOS #AppStore. To commemorate, I have written down some of my thoughts in a blog post. Thank you to everyone who went along with me on my #indieDev journey!
