@ltriant huh, I was looking at starting that last night. Just finished Neon Genesis Evangelion which started getting pretty spaced out after a dozen episodes.
@Jonathanglick that would make sense. Still I think my comments stand - whichever way it came from it is good. The world needs someone on that path (and space karen would never).

So I think the general definition of "meditation" is wrong.

For me, allowing my body to relax means also allowing my mind to run free - one can not be achieved without the other.

Imagination isn't really the word to describe it. You're not letting it run free. You're letting your mind work in any and every direction it may seek. Be it on a problem at work, or possible scenarios of an interaction you dream up.

The magic is in the calm that allows your mind to expand. Don't still your mind.
